i received wonderful service at the restaurant bar. the staff members were very friendly and they showed many smiles, especially boom and two other staff members. the cocktails were very good , THANK you so much. the spa experience was amazing and i will go back for another one. the rooms were spacious and had a nice setup, especially the cute birthday bed display and loads of things to do. i highly recommend it and i will be back again.
the entrance to the villa looked terrible , AND there was graffiti on the villa door. the aircon was not working well in the master bedroom. the villa was located at the bottom of a large amount of stairs. the villa needed a lot of maintenance.

understaffed front deskworn furniture
the front desk was understaffed at check-in and i had to wait over 30 minutes to get my room keys it was frustrating because there were several people ahead of me with complaints. the room itself seemed a bit worn a few of the furniture pieces had noticeable scratches and could use replacement. the shuttle service within the resort was unreliable leading to long waits especially when trying to get to breakfast or the main pool area i often found myself walking instead.

i found the grand beautiful honeymoon suite spacious and well appointed. the room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower that added a touch of luxury to our stay. the pools were a major highlight, with comfortable loungers and shaded sections providing ample space to relax and enjoy the ambiance.

the gym offered three treadmills, two stationary bikes, and a selection of free weights, it provides a decent space for a workout. the hotel includes multiple pools, including a main pool with a swim-up bar and a quieter infinity pool that overlooks the sea.

i found the indian food at the blue horizon restaurant to be good. i also appreciated that bike rentals were available directly at the hotel, this made getting around quite easy.
the hotel has many stairs. this made moving around the premises slightly difficult.

My trip was amazing with everything I needed! The reception was attentive and helped a lot. I particularly appreciated the excellent Indian food offered. It was amazing, tasty, and reasonably priced. I not sketchy at all , thanks to their humble and supportive attitude.
The room cleaning service was a bit slow. I had to call multiple times for them to clean the room! It was inconvenient.

The hotel has three wonderful pools. It is easy to have a great time near them. A rooftop pool also offered tasty cocktails. The bartender was very skilled. The hotel also offers shuttle car for an easy connection to the rooms.
